इदं पूर्वमिदं पश्चाद्वक्तव्यं यत्क्रमेण हि । क्रमयोगं तमप्याहुर्वाक्यतत्तविदो बुधाः

Transliteration

idaṃ pūrvamidaṃ paścādvaktavyaṃ yatkrameṇa hi | kramayogaṃ tamapyāhurvākyatattavido budhāḥ

Translation

முதலில் சொல்ல வேண்டியது, பின்னர் சொல்ல வேண்டியது—இவை முறையாக வரிசைப்படுத்தி கூறப்படும்போது, வாக்கியத் தத்துவம் அறிந்தோர் அதை ‘க்ரமயோகம்’ (வரிசை) என அழைப்பர்।
