ब्रह्मन्, प्रजापतेर्भृशाश्वस्य सत्यपराक्रमान् पुत्रान्—तपोबलभृतोऽस्त्राणि—राघवाय निवेदय।
"O Brahmarshi, you may offer to Rama, the sons of Prajapati Brishasva who are the weapons bestowed with the power that comes from truth and ascetic energy".
Power must be rooted in Satya and tapas: weapons are not mere tools of force but sacred responsibilities entrusted to the worthy.
The gods instruct Viśvāmitra to bestow divine weapons upon Rāma as a fitting reward and preparation for future protection of the world.
Worthiness and integrity—fitness to receive power because one’s conduct aligns with truth and disciplined restraint.
