क्रोधागारप्रवेशः — Entry into the Chamber of Wrath

Kaikeyī’s Protest

तत्र तां पतितां भूमौ शयानामतथोचिताम्।।।।प्रतप्त इव दुःखेन सोऽपश्यज्जगतीपतिः।

tatra tāṃ patitāṃ bhūmau śayānām atathocitām |

pratāpta iva duḥkhena so 'paśyaj jagatīpatiḥ ||

Там владыка земли увидел её, павшую и лежащую на полу — в позе, недостойной её положения, — и ему показалось, будто скорбь обжигает его огнём.
