The Glory of the Mathurā Sacred Landscape: Saṃyamana Tīrtha and the Twelve Sacred Forests

तत्रैव स्नानमात्रेण सौभाग्यं जायते परम् ॥ रूपवन्तः प्रजायन्ते स्वर्गलोके न संशयः ॥

tatraiva snāna-mātreṇa saubhāgyaṁ jāyate param || rūpavantaḥ prajāyante svarga-loke na saṁśayaḥ ||

Ali mesmo, apenas pelo banho, nasce a suprema boa fortuna. Nascem filhos de bela forma, e o mérito alcança o mundo celeste — sem dúvida.
