अश्राद्धेयो विपांक्तेयः सपुत्रो वा भवाम्यहम् । स्थानं वा संत्यजाम्येतत्पुत्र मैवं समाचर
aśrāddheyo vipāṃkteyaḥ saputro vā bhavāmyaham | sthānaṃ vā saṃtyajāmyetatputra maivaṃ samācara
“Posso tornar-me indigno dos ritos de śrāddha e indigno de me sentar na fileira dos brāhmaṇas—junto com meu filho; ou abandonarei este lugar. Ó filho, não ajas assim.”
