किंचित्प्रार्थय दास्यामि प्राह विष्णुस्ततो वरम् । त्वयि भक्तिर्दृढा मेऽस्तु स च तद्दुर्लभं ददौ
kiṃcitprārthaya dāsyāmi prāha viṣṇustato varam | tvayi bhaktirdṛḍhā me'stu sa ca taddurlabhaṃ dadau
ਤਦ ਵਿਸ਼ਣੂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਕੁਝ ਮੰਗ; ਮੈਂ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਵਰ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ।” ਉਸ ਨੇ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ, “ਮੇਰੀ ਤੇਰੇ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਭਕਤੀ ਦ੍ਰਿੜ੍ਹ ਰਹੇ।” ਅਤੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਣੂ ਨੇ ਉਹ ਦੁਰਲਭ ਵਰ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ।
