वनानां प्रथमं वृष्ट्या तेषां मूलेषु संभवः तथा कार्तयुगानां तु कलिजेष्विह संभवः
Transliteration
vanānāṃ prathamaṃ vṛṣṭyā teṣāṃ mūleṣu saṃbhavaḥ tathā kārtayugānāṃ tu kalijeṣviha saṃbhavaḥ
Translation
ਜਿਵੇਂ ਵਰਖਾ ਨਾਲ ਜੰਗਲ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਹੀ ਮੂਲ ਤੋਂ ਉੱਗਦੇ ਹਨ, ਤਿਵੇਂ ਕ੍ਰਿਤਯੁਗ ਵੀ ਇੱਥੇ ਕਲੀ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰੋਂ ਹੀ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ—ਪਤੀ (ਸ਼ਿਵ) ਦੇ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਜੋ ਯੁਗਾਂ ਦੇ ਫੇਰ ਅਤੇ ਸ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟੀ ਦੇ ਵਿਸਤਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਯੰਤ੍ਰਿਤ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।
