ततः पीडासमाक्रांतो विष्णुः संस्मरते हरम् । तत्क्षणादागतो रुद्रः किं करोमि महाबलः
tataḥ pīḍāsamākrāṃto viṣṇuḥ saṃsmarate haram | tatkṣaṇādāgato rudraḥ kiṃ karomi mahābalaḥ
ତେବେ ପୀଡାରେ ଆକ୍ରାନ୍ତ ବିଷ୍ଣୁ ହର (ଶିବ)ଙ୍କୁ ସ୍ମରଣ କଲେ। ସେଇ କ୍ଷଣେ ରୁଦ୍ର ଆସି କହିଲେ—“ମହାବଳ, ମୁଁ କ’ଣ କରିବି?”
