त्रिसप्ततितमः सर्गः (Sarga 73): Mithilā Vivāha

Kanyādāna and the Fourfold Marriage Rites

जनकस्य वच श्शृत्वा पाणीन् पाणिभिरास्पृशन्।चत्वारस्ते चतसृ़णां वसिष्ठस्य मते स्थिता:।।।।

janakasya vacaḥ śrutvā pāṇīn pāṇibhir āspṛśan | catvāras te catasṝṇāṁ vasiṣṭhasya mate sthitāḥ ||

ဇနကမင်း၏ မိန့်တော်ကို ကြားသိပြီးနောက်၊ မင်းသားလေးပါးသည်—ဝသိဋ္ဌ ရှင်၏ အကြံဉာဏ်အတိုင်း—ညီအစ်မလေးပါး၏ လက်ကို မိမိတို့လက်ဖြင့် ထိကပ်ကာ လက်ခံကြောင်း ပြသ하였다။
