Golongan dvija (dua kali lahir) hendaklah melaksanakan persembahan Agnihotra pada waktu petang dan pagi, di sini dengan ghee daripada lembu kapilā (berwarna perang keemasan), atau juga dengan dadhi (susu masam) ataupun dengan susu.
