trailokye tatra paśyāmo yatra tvaṃ devi na sthitā | etajjñātvā viśālākṣi trāhi no mahato bhayāt
Devas
Tirtha: Prabhāsa-kṣetra (Somnātha)
Type: kshetra
Scene: A group of frightened devotees, perhaps amid stormy sea or ominous signs, look upward with folded hands; Devī’s vast compassionate face appears in the sky/temple aura, granting abhaya (fearlessness).
Because Devī is omnipresent, refuge in her is universally accessible and fear can be overcome through devotion.
Prabhāsakṣetra remains the narrative setting, presented as a potent place to invoke Devī’s saving grace.
A direct supplication (trāhi) is voiced; no specific vrata, dāna, or snāna is described in this verse.
