एष मे भगवञ्जातो देहस्यास्य विपर्ययः । कुष्ठरोगाभिभूतात्मा नाहं जीवितुमुत्सहे
eṣa me bhagavañjāto dehasyāsya viparyayaḥ | kuṣṭharogābhibhūtātmā nāhaṃ jīvitumutsahe
"Wahai Yang Diberkati, tubuhku ini telah mengalami perubahan yang mengerikan. Diselubungi penyakit kusta, semangatku hancur; aku tidak lagi mempunyai keinginan untuk hidup."
