मया च तपसोग्रेण प्राप्तं लिंगमुमापतेः । तत्प्रतिष्ठाविधिं सर्वं तद्भवान्कर्त्तुमर्हति

Transliteration

mayā ca tapasogreṇa prāptaṃ liṃgamumāpateḥ | tatpratiṣṭhāvidhiṃ sarvaṃ tadbhavānkarttumarhati

Translation

Dan dengan tapa yang sangat keras, aku telah memperoleh Liṅga Umāpati (Śiva). Segala tata cara untuk menegakkannya (upacara penahbisan), mohon tuan berkenan melaksanakannya.
