Transliteration

etatpāpasahasrāṇāṃ mūlaṃ prāhurmanīṣiṇaḥ | tasmātsarvaprayatnena kāryā bhūtadayā nṛbhiḥ

Translation

Para bijaksana menyatakan bahawa inilah akar kepada ribuan dosa. Oleh itu, dengan segala usaha, manusia hendaklah mengamalkan belas kasih terhadap semua makhluk bernyawa.
