Transliteration

deśāṃtaraprajātasya tatra jātasya vā punaḥ | ajñātapitṛvargasya sāmā nyaṃ padamicchataḥ

Translation

—bagi seseorang yang lahir di negeri lain, atau lahir pula di sana (di tempat asing itu); bagi seseorang yang tidak diketahui susur galur sebelah bapa, yang menginginkan kedudukan umum/diakui dalam masyarakat.
