Skanda Purana — Nagara Khanda, Shloka 39

तस्मिन्नपि च यः पूजां तेनैव विधिना नरः । तस्य यः कुरुते सम्यक्स भूपत्वमवाप्नुयात्

tasminnapi ca yaḥ pūjāṃ tenaiva vidhinā naraḥ | tasya yaḥ kurute samyaksa bhūpatvamavāpnuyāt

Dan di tempat itu juga, jika seseorang melakukan pemujaan menurut tatacara yang sama, maka sesiapa yang melaksanakannya dengan sempurna akan memperoleh kedaulatan—menjadi raja.
