Transliteration

vaiśākhasya tṛtīyāyāṃ śuklāyāṃ rohiṇīṣu ca | tatpadaṃ nihitaṃ tatra vāstostena mahātmanā

Translation

Pada tithi ketiga bulan terang Vaiśākha, ketika rasi Rohiṇī berkuasa, ‘pada’ suci Vāstu itu telah diletakkan dan ditegakkan di sana oleh insan yang berhati agung itu.
