Transliteration

skaṃda uvāca | viṃdhyonnatihṛdākhyāmi dharmatīrthasamudbhavam | ākarṇaya mahāprājña yathā devena bhāṣitam

Translation

Skanda bersabda: Wahai maha-bijaksana, dengarkanlah. Aku akan menceritakan asal-usul Dharmatīrtha, menurut kisah yang disebut ‘Vindhyonnati-hṛd’, tepat sebagaimana telah dituturkan oleh Tuhan.
