एवं संवत्सरं कुर्याद्व्रतं पक्षद्वये बुधः । ततः संवत्सरे पूर्णे व्रतोद्यापनमाचरेत्

Transliteration

evaṃ saṃvatsaraṃ kuryādvrataṃ pakṣadvaye budhaḥ | tataḥ saṃvatsare pūrṇe vratodyāpanamācaret

Translation

Dengan demikian, orang yang bijaksana hendaklah mengamalkan vrata ini selama setahun penuh, pada kedua-dua pakṣa; kemudian apabila genap setahun, hendaklah dia melaksanakan udyāpana, iaitu upacara penutup vrata.
