रोहिणी नाम या तासामभीष्टा साभवद्विधोः । शेषासु करुणां कृत्वा शप्तो दक्षेण चन्द्रमाः
rohiṇī nāma yā tāsāmabhīṣṭā sābhavadvidhoḥ | śeṣāsu karuṇāṃ kṛtvā śapto dakṣeṇa candramāḥ
Dalam kalangan mereka, yang bernama Rohiṇī menjadi kekasih paling dicintai oleh Sang Candra (Bulan). Dengan belas kasihan terhadap yang lain, Dakṣa pun menyumpah Bulan.
