upoṣya jāgaraṃ kuryādgītavādyaṃ viśeṣataḥ | evaṃ kṛte mahīpāla na bhavedugraduḥkhabhāk
Setelah berpuasa, hendaklah ia berjaga malam (jāgara), khususnya dengan nyanyian suci dan iringan alat muzik. Apabila dilakukan demikian, wahai raja, seseorang tidak menjadi penanggung dukacita yang dahsyat.
