सप्तम्यामुपवासेन तद्दिने चाप्युपोषिते । स तत्फलमवाप्नोति तत्र स्नात्वा न संशयः

saptamyāmupavāsena taddine cāpyupoṣite | sa tatphalamavāpnoti tatra snātvā na saṃśayaḥ

Dengan berpuasa pada hari Saptamī dan meneguhkan puasa pada hari itu, sesiapa yang mandi di sana pasti memperoleh buahnya—tiada keraguan.
