ब्राह्मणाय प्रतिश्रुत्य यो दानं न प्रयच्छति । आहूय नास्ति यो ब्रूते तस्य वासस्तु संततम्
brāhmaṇāya pratiśrutya yo dānaṃ na prayacchati | āhūya nāsti yo brūte tasya vāsastu saṃtatam
Sesiapa yang berjanji memberi sedekah kepada seorang brāhmaṇa tetapi tidak menunaikannya, dan sesiapa yang memanggil orang lalu berkata ‘tiada apa-apa’—baginya tempat tinggal dalam hukuman itu berterusan.
