रावणस्य सभाप्रवेशः — रामस्य शरवृष्ट्या राक्षससेनाविनाशः

Ravana Enters Council; Rama’s Arrow-Storm Destroys the Rakshasa Host

अथवाहंशरैस्तीक्ष्णैर्भिन्नगात्रंमहाहवे ।भवद्भिःश्वोनिहन्तास्मिरामंलोकस्यपश्यतः ।।।।

atha vāhaṃ śarais tīkṣṇair bhinna-gātraṃ mahāhave |

bhavadbhiḥ śvo nihantāsmi rāmaṃ lokasya paśyataḥ ||

Atau, setelah kamu menembusi anggota badannya dengan anak panah yang tajam dalam pertempuran hebat ini, esok—di hadapan mata dunia—aku akan membunuh Rama.
