tato rāmo mahātejā dhanur ādāya vīryavān |

praviśya rākṣasa-sainyaṃ śaravarṣaṃ vavarṣa ha ||

Kemudian Rāma yang bercahaya dengan keagungan, perkasa dalam keberanian, mengangkat busurnya, menerobos barisan rākṣasa lalu menurunkan hujan anak panah.
