लङ्कानिरीक्षणं व्यूहविन्यासश्च
Survey of Lanka and Deployment of the Battle Formation
सागरस्येवमेवेगोमारुतस्येवमेगति: ।नहिदाशरथिर्वेदतेनमांयोद्धुमिच्छति ।।।।
sāgarasyeva me vegaḥ mārutasyeva me gatiḥ |
na hi dāśarathir veda tena māṃ yoddhum icchati ||
“Kekuatan aku bagaikan gelora lautan, dan kepantasan aku bagaikan Dewa Angin. Putera Daśaratha tidak mengetahuinya; sebab itu dia mahu bertempur dengan aku.”
