लङ्कानिरीक्षणं व्यूहविन्यासश्च

Survey of Lanka and Deployment of the Battle Formation

ऋक्षवानरसङ्घानामनीकानिसहस्रशः ।गिरिमेघनिकाशानांछादयन्तिवसुन्धराम् ।।।।

ṛkṣavānarasaṅghānām anīkāni sahasraśaḥ |

girimeghanikāśānāṃ chādayanti vasundharām ||

Barisan tempur kaum beruang dan Vānara, beribu-ribu banyaknya, laksana gunung dan awan tebal, menyelimuti bumi.
