To Rama who was by nature righteous the advice (of Vibheeshana) was pleasing. To the brilliant Lakshmana of skilful action, to Sugriva the king of monkeys, Rama said smilingly.
Dharma in leadership includes calm, respectful communication and seeking competent input before acting—right action (sat-kriyā) is planned, not improvised.
Rāma prepares to decide the next step (crossing the ocean) and addresses his key advisers/commanders.
Rāma’s composure and strategic leadership; Lakṣmaṇa and Sugrīva’s capability in execution.
