Transliteration

sāham evaṃ gatā śreṣṭhā śrutadharma-parāvarā |

ārye kim avamanye 'haṃ strīṇāṃ bhartā hi daivatam ||2.39.31||

Translation

Aku telah dididik dengan cita-cita itu dan diajar seluruh lingkungan dharma; wahai wanita mulia, bagaimana mungkin aku memandang rendah baginda? Bagi seorang wanita, suami sesungguhnya adalah dewata baginya.
