सीताया वनानुगमननिश्चयः
Sita’s Resolve to Accompany Rama to the Forest
पत्रं मूलं फलं यत्त्वमल्पं वा यदि वा बहु।दास्यसि स्वयमाहृत्य तन्मेऽमृतरसोपमम्।।2.30.15।।
patraṃ mūlaṃ phalaṃ yat tvam alpaṃ vā yadi vā bahu | dāsyasi svayam āhṛtya tan me 'mṛta-rasopamam || 2.30.15 ||
Apa jua daun, akar atau buah yang engkau sendiri petik dan persembahkan kepadaku—sedikit atau banyak—bagiku rasanya laksana amerta, nektar keabadian.
Enjoying the seasonal flowers and fruits in the forest, I will not remember my mother or father or home.
Dharma is expressed as contentment and shared duty: simple offerings become precious when given with love and rightful companionship.
