यौवराज्य-प्रस्तावः

Proposal for Rāma’s Installation as Heir-Apparent

तमेवंगुणसम्पन्नं रामं सत्यपराक्रमम्।लोकपालोपमं नाथमकामयत मेदिनी।।2.2.48।।

tam evaṃ guṇasampannaṃ rāmaṃ satyaparākramam | lokapālopamaṃ nātham akāmayata medinī || 2.2.48 ||

Bumi sendiri mendambakan Rama sebagai tuannya—yang sempurna dengan segala kebajikan, teguh dalam keberanian yang terbukti, seumpama para dewa penjaga dunia.
