कुमारसम्भवः—गङ्गायां तेजोनिक्षेपः

गृहीत्वा क्षीरमेकाह्ना सुकुमारवपुस्तदा।।1.37.29।।अजयत्स्वेन वीर्येण दैत्यसेनागणान् विभु:।
gṛhītvā kṣīram ekāhnā sukumāra-vapus tadā || 1.37.29 ||
ajayat svena vīryeṇa daitya-senā-gaṇān vibhuḥ |
फक्त एक दिवस क्षीर पिऊनही, कोवळ्या देहाचा असूनसुद्धा, त्या महाबल बालकाने आपल्या स्वपराक्रमाने दैत्यसेनांचे समूह जिंकून घेतले।
