Jyotiṣa-saṅgraha: Varga-vibhāga, Bala-nirṇaya, Garbha-phala, Āyuḥ-gaṇanā
चंद्रागांतरगैः खेटैः सूतिकाः समुदाहृताः । चक्राद्धि बहिरंतश्च दृश्यादृश्योपरेऽन्यथा ॥ ९० ॥
caṃdrāgāṃtaragaiḥ kheṭaiḥ sūtikāḥ samudāhṛtāḥ | cakrāddhi bahiraṃtaśca dṛśyādṛśyopare'nyathā || 90 ||
चंद्राच्या गतीच्या परिघात येणारी जी ग्रहचिन्हे, ती ‘सूतिका’ म्हणून सांगितली आहेत। ती चक्राच्या बाहेर किंवा आतही दिसू शकतात; आणि ऊर्ध्व लोकांत कधी दृश्य, कधी अदृश्य—इतर प्रकारेही प्रकट होतात।
