Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
It elevates a Śiva-centered māhātmya as an essential, world-honored distillation of Purāṇic wisdom, emphasizing that devotion and reverence to Hara is presented as a supreme purport within Purāṇic tradition.
By calling the text an indicator of Hara’s greatness and the “essence” of Purāṇas, it frames bhakti as concentrated remembrance and praise (stuti) of the deity’s māhātmya—devotion expressed through hearing and honoring divine glory.
No specific Vedāṅga (like Vyākaraṇa, Jyotiṣa, or Kalpa) is taught in this verse; it functions as an anukramaṇikā-style metric/contents note (verse-count and subject-focus) used for textual organization and recitation planning.
