यमबध्नाद् बृहस्पतिर्देवेभ्यो असुरक्षितिम्। स मायं मणिरागमदूर्जया पयसा सह द्रविणेन श्रिया सह
yám abadʰnād bṛ́haspátir devébhyo ásura-kṣitim | sá māyáṃ maṇír ā́gamat ū́rjayā páyasā sahá dráviṇena śríyā sahá ||
Whom Bṛhaspati bound on for the Gods, (to win) the Asura’s stronghold—this Jewel came hither with its wondrous power, together with strength and milk, with wealth, together with Fortune.
असुरांनी रक्षण केलेला दुर्ग जिंकण्यासाठी बृहस्पतीने देवांसाठी ज्याला बांधून ठेवले—तोच हा मणि आपल्या मायाशक्तीसह येथे आला आहे; ऊर्जेसह, पयस् (दूध/रस) सह, द्रविण (धन) सह, आणि श्री (समृद्धी-लक्ष्मी) सह.
