तृतीयोऽभूद्यदा ब्रह्मा स्वयंभूरिति विश्रुतः । अमृतेशेति देवस्य तदा नाम प्रकीर्तितम्
tṛtīyo'bhūdyadā brahmā svayaṃbhūriti viśrutaḥ | amṛteśeti devasya tadā nāma prakīrtitam
മൂന്നാം കല്പത്തിൽ, ബ്രഹ്മാവ് ‘സ്വയംഭൂ’ എന്ന പേരിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധനായിരുന്നപ്പോൾ, അന്നേ സമയം ദേവന്റെ നാമം ‘അമൃതേശ’ എന്നു കീർത്തിക്കപ്പെട്ടു।
