दास्यामि ते समस्तानि युद्धकाले विशेषतः । नास्य मिथ्या भवेद्वाक्यमिति मत्वा शचीपतिः । मुक्त्वास्त्राणि तदभ्याशे पुनः स्वर्गं गतस्तदा
dāsyāmi te samastāni yuddhakāle viśeṣataḥ | nāsya mithyā bhavedvākyamiti matvā śacīpatiḥ | muktvāstrāṇi tadabhyāśe punaḥ svargaṃ gatastadā
മുനി പറഞ്ഞു—“ഇവയെല്ലാം ഞാൻ നിനക്കു നൽകാം; പ്രത്യേകിച്ച് യുദ്ധകാലത്ത്.” ഈ വാക്ക് മിഥ്യയാകില്ലെന്ന് ഉറപ്പിച്ച ശചീപതി ഇന്ദ്രൻ ആയുധങ്ങൾ അവന്റെ സമീപത്ത് വെച്ച് വീണ്ടും സ്വർഗത്തിലേക്ക് പോയി.
