tasminmanda tvayā bhinne na varṣati śatakratuḥ | etadvadati daivajñā jyotiḥśāstravicakṣaṇāḥ
Daśaratha
Scene: A tense court or roadside scene: astrologers (daivajñas) point to a broken cart and warn that Indra will withhold rain; the sky is heavy, clouds restrained, omens in the air.
Cosmic harmony is tied to worldly welfare; dharmic vigilance protects prosperity such as timely rains.
This verse continues the tīrtha-māhātmya narrative but does not itself name a particular pilgrimage site.
No direct prescription; it explains consequences (lack of rain) based on jyotiṣa testimony.
