तस्यासीत्तुमुलं युद्धं भार्गवेण समं महत् । त्रयोविंशद्दिनान्येव देवासुररणोपमम् । अंबाकृते शितैः शस्त्रैरस्त्रैश्च तदनंतरम्
tasyāsīttumulaṃ yuddhaṃ bhārgaveṇa samaṃ mahat | trayoviṃśaddinānyeva devāsuraraṇopamam | aṃbākṛte śitaiḥ śastrairastraiśca tadanaṃtaram
അവന് ഭാർഗവനോടൊപ്പം മഹത്തും തുമുലവുമായ യുദ്ധം ഉണ്ടായി; അത് ഇരുപത്തിമൂന്ന് ദിവസം ദേവാസുരസമരത്തെപ്പോലെ നീണ്ടു. തുടർന്ന് അംബയ്ക്കായി അവൻ മൂർച്ചയുള്ള ശസ്ത്രങ്ങളും ദിവ്യാസ്ത്രങ്ങളും കൊണ്ട് പോരാടി।
