यस्य मध्यगतो नित्यं स्वयमेव महेश्वरः । महाकालस्वरूपेण स तिष्ठति द्विजोत्तमाः

yasya madhyagato nityaṃ svayameva maheśvaraḥ | mahākālasvarūpeṇa sa tiṣṭhati dvijottamāḥ

ഹേ ദ്വിജോത്തമന്മാരേ! അതിന്റെ മദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ സ്വയം മഹേശ്വരൻ നിത്യവും വിരാജിക്കുന്നു; മഹാകാലസ്വരൂപത്തിൽ അവിടെയവൻ പ്രതിഷ്ഠിതനായി നിലകൊള്ളുന്നു।
