इंद्र उवाच । न शक्नोमि च तं दैत्यं वीक्षितुं च कथंचन । तेजसा सर्वतो व्याप्तं तत्कथं सूदयाम्यहम्
iṃdra uvāca | na śaknomi ca taṃ daityaṃ vīkṣituṃ ca kathaṃcana | tejasā sarvato vyāptaṃ tatkathaṃ sūdayāmyaham
ഇന്ദ്രൻ പറഞ്ഞു—ആ ദൈത്യനെ ഞാൻ എങ്ങനെയും നോക്കിക്കാണാൻ കഴിയുന്നില്ല. അവൻ തേജസ്സാൽ എല്ലാടവും വ്യാപിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; അപ്പോൾ ഞാൻ അവനെ എങ്ങനെ വധിക്കും?
