क्षत्रियाद्द्विजशार्दूला दरिद्रेण च पीडितात् । तेन तत्सकलं वृत्तं भार्यायै संनिवेदितम्
kṣatriyāddvijaśārdūlā daridreṇa ca pīḍitāt | tena tatsakalaṃ vṛttaṃ bhāryāyai saṃniveditam
ഹേ ദ്വിജശാർദൂലന്മാരേ! ദാരിദ്ര്യത്താൽ പീഡിതനായ ആ ക്ഷത്രിയൻ അപ്പോൾ ആ മുഴുവൻ സംഭവവൃത്താന്തവും ഭാര്യയോട് അറിയിച്ചു।
