यद्यदाचरति श्रेष्ठस्तत्तदुत्तरतः स्थितः । उदयार्थं रविं यान्तं निरुन्धन्ति च दारुणाः
yadyadācarati śreṣṭhastattaduttarataḥ sthitaḥ | udayārthaṃ raviṃ yāntaṃ nirundhanti ca dāruṇāḥ
ശ്രേഷ്ഠൻ എന്തെല്ലാം ആചരിക്കുമോ, പിന്നിൽ നിൽക്കുന്നവർ അതേ പിന്തുടരുന്നു; ഉദയത്തിനായി പോകുന്ന രവിയെ ഭീകരർ തടഞ്ഞുനിർത്തുന്നു.
