गजाः पुनश्चैव पुनः पिबन्तो जगत्समन्तात्परिदह्यमानम् । आपूरितं चैव जगत्समन्तात्सर्वैश्च तैर्जग्मुरदर्शनं च ते
gajāḥ punaścaiva punaḥ pibanto jagatsamantātparidahyamānam | āpūritaṃ caiva jagatsamantātsarvaiśca tairjagmuradarśanaṃ ca te
ആനകൾ വീണ്ടും വീണ്ടും വെള്ളം കുടിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് സഞ്ചരിക്കുമ്പോൾ, ചുറ്റുമെങ്ങും ലോകം ദഹിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരുന്നു. പിന്നെ എല്ലാദിക്കിലും ജലം നിറഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ, ആ ആനകളെല്ലാം കാഴ്ചയിൽ നിന്ന് അപ്രത്യക്ഷമായി.
