पाशुपतव्रतविधिः | The Procedure of the Supreme Pāśupata Vow

विभृज्यांगानि मूर्धादिचरणांतानि तैस्स्पृशेत् । ततस्तेन क्रमेणैव समुद्धृत्य च भस्मना

Transliteration

vibhṛjyāṃgāni mūrdhādicaraṇāṃtāni taisspṛśet | tatastena krameṇaiva samuddhṛtya ca bhasmanā

Translation

തല മുതൽ പാദം വരെ അവയവങ്ങൾ ശുദ്ധീകരിച്ച്, ആ (പവിത്ര ഭസ്മം) കൊണ്ട് അവയെ സ്പർശിക്കണം. തുടർന്ന് അതേ ക്രമത്തിൽ ഭസ്മം എടുത്ത് ഘട്ടംഘട്ടമായി ലേപനം/ധാരണം ചെയ്യണം.
