Sukta 2.33
उन्मा ममन्द वृषभो मरुत्वान्त्वक्षीयसा वयसा नाधमानम् । घृणीव च्छायामरपा अशीया विवासेयं रुद्रस्य सुम्नम् ॥
ún mā mamanda vṛṣabhó marútvān tvákṣīyasā váyasā nā́dhamānam | ghṛṇī́va chāyā́m arapā́ aśīyā́ vivāseyam rudrásya súmnam ||
മരുത്തുകളോടുകൂടിയ വൃഷഭ-ശക്തിയായ രുദ്രൻ, പരിശ്രമിക്കുന്ന എന്നെ, കൂടുതൽ പ്രബലമായ പ്രാണബലത്തോടെ ഉയർത്തി ആനന്ദിപ്പിക്കട്ടെ. സംരക്ഷണത്തിന്റെ ഉഷ്മപോലെ അവന്റെ അജേയ ഛായ ഞാൻ പ്രാപിക്കട്ടെ; യുക്തമായ ഉപാസനയാൽ രുദ്രന്റെ സുമ്ന (കൃപാമയ അനുഗ്രഹം) ഞാൻ നേടട്ടെ.
