त्र्यशीतितमः सर्गः (Sarga 83)

सोऽयमर्थंपरित्यज्यसुखकामःसुखैधितः ।पापमारभतेकर्तुंतदादोषःप्रवर्तते ।।6.83.34।।

so 'yam arthaṃ parityajya sukhakāmaḥ sukhaidhitaḥ |

pāpam ārabhate kartuṃ tadā doṣaḥ pravartate ||6.83.34||

ധനം ഉപേക്ഷിച്ചിട്ടും സുഖം ആഗ്രഹിച്ച്, സുഖത്തിൽ വളർന്നവൻ അപ്പോൾ പാപം ചെയ്യാൻ തുടങ്ങുന്നു; അപ്പോൾ ദോഷവും പതനവും ആരംഭിക്കുന്നു.
