The Dispatch of Dhūmrākṣa
यथाऽसौसम्प्रहृष्टानांवानराणांसमुत्थितः ।बहूनांसुमहान्नादोमेघनामिवगर्जिताम् ।।6.51.3।।व्यक्तंसुमहतीप्रीतिरेतेषांनात्रसंशयः ।तथाहिविपुलैर्नादैश्चुक्षुभेवरुणालयः ।।6.51.4।।
yathā 'sau samprahṛṣṭānāṃ vānarāṇāṃ samutthitaḥ |
bahūnāṃ sumahān nādo meghānām iva garjitām ||6.51.3||
vyaktaṃ sumahatī prītir eteṣāṃ nātra saṃśayaḥ |
tathā hi vipulair nādaiś cukṣubhe varuṇālayaḥ ||6.51.4||
ആനന്ദത്തിൽ നിറഞ്ഞിരുന്ന അനവധി വാനരന്മാരിൽ നിന്നുയർന്ന അതിമഹാനാദം ഗർജ്ജിക്കുന്ന മേഘങ്ങളുടെ ഇടിമുഴക്കുപോലെ ഉയർന്നു; അതിനാൽ അവരുടെ പ്രീതി അത്യന്തം മഹത്തായതാണെന്ന് വ്യക്തം—ഇതിൽ സംശയമില്ല. അവരുടെ വിപുലമായ ഘോഷങ്ങളാൽ വരുണാലയമായ സമുദ്രം പോലും കലങ്ങി.
