FAQs

The verse presents an auspicious divine sign—a radiant, crystal-like vimāna—supporting the Purāṇic theme that sacred spaces connected to Shiva and Linga-upāsanā manifest tangible marks of Pati’s presence and grace.

By depicting extraordinary purity and luminosity (śuddha-sphaṭika), the verse points to Shiva-tattva as stainless consciousness and the bestower of anugraha, whose presence transforms the realm of the bound soul.

No specific rite is stated, but the imagery aligns with Shaiva practice of tīrtha-darśana and contemplative absorption (dhyāna) on Shiva’s luminous signs—supportive to Pashupata-oriented inner purification.
