ऋतुभिष्ट्वार्तवैरायुषे वर्चसे त्वा । संवत्सरस्य तेजसा तेन संहनु कृण्मसि

IAST Transliteration

ṛtúbhís tvā́ ārtavaír ā́yuṣe várcase tvā́ | saṃvatsarásya téjasā ténā́ saṃhánu kṛṇmasi ||

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

With the Seasons, with the season-born Powers, thee for life, for splendour— thee. With the Year’s keen energy, thereby we make thee compact and firmly knit.

Translation

ഋതുക്കളാൽ, ഋതുജന്യ ശക്തികളാൽ—നിന്നെ ആയുസ്സിനും വർചസ്സിനും (ഞങ്ങൾ സ്ഥാപിക്കുന്നു). സംവത്സരത്തിന്റെ തീക്ഷ്ണ തേജസ്സാൽ, അതേ ബലത്തിൽ ഞങ്ങൾ നിന്നെ ഘടിപ്പിച്ച് ദൃഢമായി കെട്ടിപ്പിണക്കുന്നു.
